How fast?

Same-day despatch for orders placed before 2pm AEST, Mon–Fri. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Carriers we use

• AusPost Standard — 3–5 business days nationwide.
• AusPost Express — 1–3 business days metro, longer to remote.
• TNT / Toll Road Freight — used for oversized items (over 22kg) where AusPost can't carry. Quoted separately at checkout.

Rates

Freight is calculated by weight and destination postcode. You'll see the exact rate at checkout — no surprises.

Oversized items

Some items (heat exchangers, large impellers, anodes for big shafts) are too heavy or too long for AusPost. When your cart contains an oversized item, you'll see a "Freight quote required" notice at checkout — place the order for the items now, our team will email you a freight quote within 4 business hours, and we'll send a separate Stripe invoice once you accept.

Tracking

Every shipment ships with a tracking number — you'll receive a tracking link by email when we despatch.

Australia only. We don't ship internationally — sorry, mates abroad.
